About
Since 1984 I have accumulated extensive experience for improving efficiency in relation to health at any level. Building on my unique experience and knowledge mix I have developed model for evaluation of policies, programs and interventions implemented on populations. Unlike other models used for decision-making and priority setting in relation to health, which are based on empirical observations and therefore always have problems with evidence, mine is based on critical realism (If A then always B), thus provides universal explanations and predictions. And as Kurt Lewin noted “There is nothing so practical as a good theory”.
